The Methodist Churches in Luton

Welcome to the website of the Luton Methodist Circuit. Please note that this site will be merged with the Chiltern Downs Website to become the South Bedfordshire Methodist Circuit Website some time shortly after 1st September 2010. The new address will be www.southbedsmethodist.org.uk

We are a group of thirteen Churches in Luton and the surrounding area. Twelve of our Churches are Methodist Churches and one is a URC/Methodist Church.

The calling of the Methodist Church is to respond to the Gospel of God's love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission.
Inspired by Our Calling, we aim:

* to increase awareness of God's presence and to celebrate God's love

* to help people to grow and learn as Christians through mutual support and care

* to be a good neighbour to people in need and to challenge injustice

* to make more followers of Jesus Christ
